Bruce and his team are fantastic! They are extremely knowledgeable, good pricing and quick to respond. I have used them for numerous plumbing needs in apartment management and home repairs. Anything from stopped up lines, in ground/parking lot plumbing repairs, water heater, toilet, shower and sink repairs as well. They are definitely my go to both professionally and personally.
Our washing machine drain overflowed earlier this week. The first plumber that came out told us we had cracks and holes in our pipe and it was going to cost $10,000 to fix. We decided to get a second opinion and we are glad we did. Bruce and his team were fast to get here and very efficient. They found that the problem was just grease build up and cleaned it for us. They saved us a lot of headache and construction to our home. They were quick and very professional. Would highly recommend him to anyone and will definitely be using him in the future.
ALL DIYers - This plumbing team is the best!!! They roughed in our new shower, fixed/prepped sink area and toilet area for new flooring and fixtures - great price and the best quality - I didn't need to tell them to move anything and they didn't need help understanding any quirky fixtures we got. They fixed our OLD tub and it's looking awesome with new overflow and drain... can't wait until they come back after our reno (tile done) and put all the fixtures back in. The best plumber in town. Very professional and extremely honest and fair with prices. After being quoted $1,100 by Ben Franklin plumbing to have a sink installed, Bruce completed the job perfectly for $200. I will never use another plumber and HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who needs quality work done at a very fair price.
